"Please" for Peace...

All this violence in the world is really disturbing. I don't watch the news because it always has someone dying, or missing, or murdered, or worse. What is our world coming to? Times are getting harder, economically, that makes all of it worse. Where is God, someone may ask... He's here, but we need to see Him. Really, really see Him. God is here, and so are we. We are the ones who are to act. But we must remember to act out of love for God, for everything in our lives are to be for HIM.
We are His children and this world must reflect Him.Sometimes, humans forget, being the erroneous creatures that they are...

And so, while in the car today, the phrase "Please for Peace" came into my head. I was thinking that people sometimes forget what peace is and sometimes turn to violence. We need to reach out as a community and act and make a plea for peace. And I think it needs to start now...I was thinking maybe having a group rosary at St. Martha's and San Lorenzo's every month for that purpose. And then petitions for peace and such could be read. I don't know if it's something that'll work or be pushed, but I plan to suggest it. In little ways, I want to make this world a better place.
