Don't Over-do the Chivalry

Being a girl,most guys have the tendency to over-do being polite. I'm talking about, "Here,I'll carry your bag." when theirs is heavy already, or "I can't hit you,you're a girl." or even "You're a girl,I'll let it slide." Honest to goodness, I'm still human! God made humans -man and woman- in his image, and he made them to be equal: to each other. That means that guys shouldn't condone a girl's actions or give her special treatment every single second of the day.


Obviously,being nice is different. If a girl asks for help and the guy can help, then that's being polite. And if the girls says she doesn't need his help,then she's fine (I haven't met a guy who hasn't helped me anyways even after I have said that). The whole "lady's first" thing can sometimes be over done. So,it's better to just forget that it's a "lady" that you're with and remember that you're both human!
